• Air-to-air heat recovery for building exhaust and pool room ventilation

New building services included:

• Wet stand pipes and full sprinkler protection system
• Emergency generator
• DDC HVAC control system
• Fire alarm system
• VAV system boxes and air handlers for conference center and atrium
• Four pipe fan and coil units for suites
• Lighting
• Electrical service
• Sanitary and vent piping
• Domestic hot and cold water distribution

MNA responsibilities included:

• Consultant mechanical
• Electrical
• Plumbing design
• Integrated accessible ceiling plan into the corridor hard ceiling planned by the architect to maintain access to important mechanical systems
