Project Phoenix was the renovation of an abandoned 425,000 square foot former manufacturing plant to a Bio-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing GMP Facility. Work was divided into three areas of responsibility. Corporate offices and façade work was accomplished by others. A 19,000 square foot clean room suite was designed by AES Clean Technology, Inc. Mussett, Nicholas & Associates, Inc. provided design of the Laboratory, Material Storage, and Support areas, Mechanical and Electrical Utility Systems, and overall coordination. Beneficial occupancy was available seven months following MNA’s initiation of design.
