Master Planning
Steady growth in many livestock programs and the addition of two new buildings inspired the Whitley County 4-H Corporation to develop a comprehensive master plan. Programs, population growth, services, traffic flow, and physical facility needs were considered. A fifteen-year plan with phased implementation was illustrated.
