Master Planning
Montgomery County 4-H Inc. purchased 38 acres of land for a new 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Center. MNA assisted The Long Range Planning Committee in verifying their facilities’ needs and scope based upon the future programs and activities. The new property was evaluated and conceptual layouts of individual buildings were developed. A phasing plan, master plan, and conceptual budget were put together with this material.
