Hendricks County developed 110 acres of a 150-acre tract at the east edge of Danville, Indiana. The new Fairgrounds include a Community Building with a multi-purpose auditorium, commercial kitchen, cafeteria, offices, and classrooms. The Community Building is attached to a 17,000 square foot Exposition Hall to allow large groups to take advantage of both buildings. The site includes 59,177 square feet of barns with a 10,849 square foot Show Arena located in the center for competition at the annual 4-H fair. A covered 46,480 square foot Horse Arena and neighboring 110 stall Horse Barn will accommodate equestrian shows from spring to fall.
