Work for IU includes outside pool renovation, life safety projects, upgrade and replacement of fire alarms, addition of sprinkler systems, replacement of building electrical distribution, replacement of building HVAC systems for Big Red (super computer), campus high voltage primary system, interior space remodels, dormitory toilet upgrades, ADA based renovations, energy conservation projects, specialty HVAC control systems including the IU Library Archives Gutenberg Bible.
